PINMEET Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Paul Brown, who runs PINMEET ("PINMEET", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PINMEET.

1. Who can use PINMEET
You must be at least 18 years old, and you must give your real date of birth. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must not be barred from using the service by any law. One person, one account. We may refuse or end any account that does not meet these rules.
2. Your account
Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens on it. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. How to behave
Be kind and honest. You must not:
- use another person's photos or identity, or pretend to be someone you are not;
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or send unwanted sexual content;
- post sexually explicit nudity or sexual content, violence or hateful content in your photos or profile;
- ask other members for money, or try to scam them, or promote anything for sale;
- send spam, or use the app for any commercial purpose without our permission;
- collect other members' information, or use bots, scrapers or other automated tools;
- share anyone's private information without their permission;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of PINMEET;
- use PINMEET if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to use it;
- break the law.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your photos, text and messages ("your content"). You give us a free, worldwide licence to store and show your content as needed to run PINMEET, including showing it to other members as your settings allow. You promise you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or that we think is unsafe. New photos are checked automatically before other members can see them, and some may also be looked at by us. A photo that clearly shows sexually explicit nudity is not allowed and will be hidden. If you think a photo was wrongly hidden, email us and we will look at it.
5. Safety
PINMEET does not check the identity, background or intentions of its members, and cannot guarantee that every member is who they say they are or is safe. Take sensible care: do not send money, do not share your address or financial details, meet first in a public place, and tell a friend where you are going. Use Block and Report if someone makes you uncomfortable. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
6. Reporting, suspending and banning
Members can report profiles and messages. We look at reports and may warn, hide, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms or that we believe are unsafe, with or without notice. If we suspend or ban your account, you cannot create another one. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will look at it.
7. Sample profiles
During early launch, some profiles may be sample profiles created by PINMEET.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then "Delete my account") or by emailing us. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information. You can also delete a chat from your own Chats list. This removes it for you only, and the other person keeps their copy.
9. The service
PINMEET is free. We try to keep it running but it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain errors, and we may change, pause or stop features or the whole service, with notice where we reasonably can. We do not promise that you will find a match, a relationship or any particular result.
10. Our responsibility
PINMEET is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what other members say or do, for meetings between members, or for loss that is not caused by our own serious fault. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including consumer protection laws where they apply to you, or our responsibility for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our total responsibility to you for anything connected with PINMEET is limited, to the extent the law allows, to the amount you paid us, which is nothing for the free service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email and, where the law requires, ask you to agree again. If you keep using PINMEET after a change takes effect, you accept it.
12. Transfer of PINMEET
We may transfer PINMEET, and our rights and duties under these terms, to another person or company (for example a company we set up, or a buyer of the app). We will tell you, and your information will continue to be protected under the Privacy Policy and these terms until you are told of changes. You cannot transfer your account.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we have a dispute, we will first try to sort it out by email. Any court case will be heard in the courts of Australia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a case there.
